Ryder is no stranger to the Music Life

Hailing from North East Texas, Ryder Grimes is no stranger to the music life. On stage since he was only 9 years old, Ryder has spent thousands of hours on and off stage perfecting his craft that has turned him into the performer he is today. Being raised up on the sounds of traditional country and Texas country music, you can hear in his own music that he was raised up on a variety of his heroes music. Ryder’s inspirations range from 70’s, 80’s and 90’s country legends such as Merle Haggard, Keith Whitley and Tracy Lawrence to Texas stars such as Randy Rogers,
Deryl Dodd and Charlie Robison. Aside from being on stage in Texas, Ryder spends time in Nashville playing songwriter showcases and writing new songs with songwriters who have written hits for Garth Brooks, Cody Johnson and Morgan Wallen, just to name a few. All of Ryder’s music is recorded at Fort Worth Sound in Fort Worth,Texas. It is mixed by engineer and owner Bart Rose and produced by none other than Texas Music icon, Deryl Dodd. With two back to back Top 10 hits on the Texas Regional Radio Report chart, multiple award nominations, a Gruene Hall debut this October and a new album coming out later this fall, Ryder Grimes has no plans of stopping or slowing down as he prepares to set out on his first cross country tour in 2024.
